International Delivery Service
All orders are shipped out via Royal Mail, for countries outside of the UK, upon the delivery reaching the destination country this will then be handed and delivered by your national postal service. Please be aware that large deliveries may be subject to customs clearance which we have no control over which could cause a delay to you receiving your parcel. We reserve the right to change this restrictions from time to time.
We currently offer an International Delivery Service to a number of countries within Europe, USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, United Arab Emirates as specified above.
Unfortunately due to individual country custom requirements we currently do not deliver to the following destinations
- Vatican City State
- Canary Islands
- San Marino

The delivery companies are a seperate entity to The CityRack and as such once items are dispatched The CityRack has no control over the delivery. All orders will be via a trackable service. If your order has not arrived within the given delivery guidelines to your country please contact your national postal service. Alternatively you can contact us and we will try and assist. To avoid packages being sent back to us please contact us or the delivery company within 5 days of the delivery guideline being surpassed without delivery of your order. Please also note that delivery time scales do not include bank holidays or public holidays.
